You'll love pumpkin biscotti!

Bring fall flavor to your cookie jar with fall's most popular flavor, pumpkin spice!  Delicious  sweet-tart bits of cranberry in a crunchy pumpkin cookie!

Ingredients

flour

sugar

unsalted butter

pumpkin  butter

large egg

cranberries

vanilla

cinnamon

pumpkin  spice

chocolate

baking  powder

salt

In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine ingredients to form dough. Fold in cranberries.

Divide dough in half. Form 2 loaves on a parchment lined cookie sheet.  First bake, at 350 F for 25 minutes.

Stand biscotti back on the lined baking sheet. Return to the oven for second bake,  25-30 minutes.

6.

Place dipped biscotti on a wax paper lined tray. Refrigerate for 5 minutes to set the chocolate.
