Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.

Microwave butterscotch chips until melted.

Mix in pumpkin, oil, eggs, vanilla. Stir in flour mixture.

Spoon the batter into a pan coated with non-stick spray.
5.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
6.
Cool in the pan for 30 minutes, then invert the pan to unmold onto a wire rack for cooling.
